Dr. Jordan Cooper is a visionary dentist, serial entrepreneur, best-selling author, and President of El Salvador Hospitality Group (ESHG). A 2006 graduate of the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry and a University of Arkansas Chancellor’s Scholar (B.A. Spanish), he built and successfully sold an eight-practice dental group in Arkansas to a private equity-backed DSO in 2015.Today, as a partner with MB2 Dental, Dr. Cooper continues to drive growth across more than 20 clinics in Arkansas while expanding the platform into new states.Recognized as New Dentist of the Year and former Continuing Education Chairman for the Arkansas State Dental Association, he also serves as adjunct faculty at Lyon College School of Dental Medicine and was honored with the 2025 Excellence in Oral Health Promotion Award.Beyond clinical dentistry, Dr. Cooper is passionately building the future of hospitality and health tourism in El Salvador. As President of ESHG, he leads government relations, hotel acquisitions, and strategic development—with Phase 2 focused on medical clinics and integrated health tourism.He is the author of the international Amazon best-seller Chasing the Blue Marlin (2015), a powerful guide to goal-setting, entrepreneurship, and living with purpose.
